This is a binding non-transferable contract for travel with TOTAL TRAVEL XPERIENCE LLC. I understand that if I miss a deposit/ payment or can’t do a deposit/payment, this could lead to cancellation without further notice from TOTAL TRAVEL XPERIENCE LLC. I FULLY understand that the entire deposits/payments are not refundable and that the trips are for double occupancy unless otherwise stated. I also understand that some trips might require me to share a double bed hotel room with another single traveler. By paying this invoice, I confirm that I have read all information regarding what is included and excluded for my trip with TOTAL TRAVEL XPERIENCE LLC. I confirm that I am being charged for the trip I requested and agree to all terms listed above.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

A valid passport is required Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.
Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you’re planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Your tour includes an hand-selected guided sightseeing in each city. But who knows better than you what you would personally like to explore? This is why we give you the opportunity to choose among different alternatives in each destination! All guided sightseeing are provided by our Licensed local partners and has been selected to make it easy for you to move around or discover the cities included in your tour. If you want, you can also get in touch with us to build up your tour by adding other cities, changing the number of nights, and choosing extra services and activities. We’ll offset all the carbon emissions of your trip! We support international environmental projects oriented to carbon offset (according to Gold Standard, Verra standard or CDM standard) and plants native tree species across Italy.

Day 1 Venice

Make your way and check in at your high quality 3* hotel personally selected by our staff in Venice Mestre. Thanks to the day at leisure you will have the chance to start exploring the floating city, and lose yourself in its fascinating maze of alleys, canals and bridges. Venice city center is only 20 minutes away from your hotel; get lost in the Venetian alleys, visit the Dodge Palace or take a Gondola Ride.

Day 2 Venice

After breakfast it is time to discover Venice but who knows better than you what you would personally like to explore? You can choose among following alternatives:

The wonderful Venetian lagoon: Murano & Burano by motorboat 

Jump aboard your motorboat to explore Murano and Burano, considered the most beautiful islands of the Venetian Lagoon. Your first stop will be Murano, a town famous for its production of blown glass. Today, all the local glass-blowing shops are located on Murano, and it has become the world’s largest and most famous manufacturer of blown glass! While independently discovering the island, stroll through the historic center in search of unique, glass souvenirs. Then, watch a master glass-blower create the products in front of you, as you discover the island’s secrets. Then hop back on the motorboat to reach the brightly, colored town of Burano, known as the city of lace. The tradition of creating lace originates directly from the women of the lagoon. For years, they have continued producing this unique lace, and it is truly a craftsmanship. While strolling through the narrow streets of the island in search of these precious and unique artifacts, you will be dazzled by the colorful houses that radiate a feeling of harmony and happiness.

Discover Venice: guided walk between Piazza San Marco, Rialto Bridge, La Fenice theater & Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo  

Meet your local, professional guide as they take you on a fascinating guided walk in the historic center of Venice. You will depart from the most famous square in the city – Piazza San Marco, with its marvelous Golden Cathedral. Then continue to the San Marco Bell Tower, otherwise known as the “landlord” to local Venetians. Discover the local legends about this extraordinary bell tower, a nationwide symbol of Italy. Day 3 Venice to Florence

After breakfast, make your way to the train station and board your high-speed train to Florence. Check what platform is yours on boards, searching by train number; you will be in Florence in only 2 hours. Upon arrival, proceed to your  hotel. Whole day at leisure. Stroll the historic city center of Florence, that is very small and easy to walk around. In a short walk you’ll meet lots of attractions like the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria with the Loggia dei Lanzi and Ponte Vecchio. Treat yourself with some local specialties like a juicy Fiorentina steak and great red wine.

Day 4 Florence

After breakfast it is time to discover the Capital of The Renaissance but who knows better than you what you would personally like to explore? You can choose among following alternatives:

Prepare to mix and match 2500+ years of history and discover your own version of Rome. The Eternal City dazzles with iconic Roman ruins, a wealth of art and architecture, and lively historic squares, but Rome can also overwhelm first-time visitors who want to see as many highlights as possible in a limited amount of time.

Day 6 Rome

After breakfast, it is time to discover the secrets of Rome, but who knows better than you what you would personally like to explore? You can choose among the following alternatives:

Rome Hop-On/Hop-Off Bus Tour 

Great for visitors who want to explore Rome without an organized itinerary or schedule, this all-day pass, on a comfortable audio-guide-accompanied double-decker coach lets you access all the highlights of the city independently. The buses, which run all day, make stops at many major attractions, including Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon,Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica.
